I thought you should know that I found yesterday's 13th Annual Cultural Competency Seminar to be really valuable and remarkably impressive.

The panel on the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction was remarkably deep, detailed and insightful, as was your own panel on foreign prenuptial agreements and divorces in the U.S.

I learned some things in the panel on when immigration, divorce and custody collide too.

You should also know that the written materials, which I read the night before the seminar, were quite illuminating and valuable.

Your own efforts deserve even more applause and thanks than you get. You make the difference.

Thanks.

Commissioner Keith M. Clemens (Ret.)

Dear Abbas and team,

I feel the seminar was a success, based on the feedback from yesterday. I think we made a great team and pulled it all together .... I am grateful for the knowledge and expertise we bring together at these seminars, and Abbas's vision continues to be manifested over the years.

The panel of judges this year was the most diverse in all 13 years and the most willing to share their personal stories.

Thanks all,

Gitu Bhatia, Psy.D.

Dear Abbas and Team,

I echo everything that Gitu said. I agree that Abbas provides the heart and soul of this program and his contributions are immeasurable.

This was an amazing program and the judges panel was amazing! We are so lucky to have such passion and talent on the bench.

Linda Bortell, Psy.D.

Hi Abbas-

Thank you for putting on such good seminar.

Dear Abbas,

I want to thank you for the great 13th Annual Seminar on cultural competence in family law. It was truly an outstanding event—with excellent speakers, rich content, and especially the fascinating introduction to different cultural perspectives and family law practices from around the world. It was eye-opening, inspiring, and incredibly educational.

The lunch was also very well-prepared and absolutely delicious. Thank you for that added touch! I'm already looking forward to next year's seminar.

Also, I recall you mentioned a case or information regarding the recognition of foreign judgments in Los Angeles county. If possible, could you kindly share that with me? I would greatly appreciate your help.

Best Regards,

Yunchao (Paul) Song, Esq
